Top Vendors List (projected)

According to the 5 market analysts, and Chicago Quantum analysis, there are 37 potential 'leaders' or 'key players' in the quantum computing space (hardware, software and services).  Fragmented future market.

Only 5 received votes from all 5 analysts: D-Wave Systems, Google, IBM, Microsoft, and Rigetti Computing.

What surprised me?  I see 5 potential leaders not mentioned by any market analysts (Accenture, Alibaba Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Fujitsu IT Products, and Honeywell Quantum Solutions).

Nobody mentioned Chicago Quantum...yet :)

US Congressional Research Service published its analysis of quantum information science (Dec 14, 2018, Ver. 4), and legislative status. It discusses that despite the significant research to date by government laboratories, university departments, and large and start-up technology companies, "it is unlikely that any commercial quantum computing will be widely available before 2025."

“Presently, there is very little actual quantum computing product that can be purchased,” says principal analyst Keith Kirkpatrick. “Even by 2025, it is highly unlikely that most Fortune 500 companies will be lining up to purchase a quantum computer. As such, much of the revenue in the market will be generated by services, including general consulting services that are provided by vendors, professional services firms, and third-party industry consultants.”
